These are photos of the 4th Annual Lefse Cook-Off held in Bemidji on December 2, 2008. The cook-off is a benefit for the Beltrami County Historical Society. Bemidji plumber Jay Seitz (in camoflage) won the contest for the second year in a row. The Lefse Chicks won the people's choice award.
